Firstly, it's crucial to find the perfect Realtor® who will go above and beyond to serve you, negotiate the best deals, and sell your house quickly. Pricing your home correctly is another critical factor. While having the right Realtor® is important, an overpriced house can linger on the market. I always ensure homes are priced appropriately to save time and achieve optimal results.

To determine your home's value, I will create a comprehensive comparative market analysis (CMA) report. This analysis compares your property to similar ones currently on the market or recently sold. Together, we can set a competitive price for your home.

Preparing your home for showings is key to showcasing its best features. Deep cleaning, removing pet or smoke odors, applying fresh paint, and professionally cleaning carpets or rugs make a significant impact. Minimizing clutter and depersonalizing the space allows potential buyers to envision themselves living there. Don't forget about the exterior—tidy up the front porch, add nice planters, pressure wash the pool deck, and maintain a clear yard.

Once your home is ready, professional photos will be scheduled at no cost to you. Professional photography and drone footage are services I provide to enhance your listing on the MLS.
